Went out with dear to return her library books. After that we decided to go to Upper Thomson Rd to have a prata quick-fix for supper but to our dismay, the shop is closed. We were quite disappointed and wanted either to go home and make sugar toast or to go Upper Bukit Timah to have teochew porridge. While we were still deciding, we decided to be adventurous and travel to the east side of Singapore to find the herbal soup store and after some exploring, we finally found Seng Kee Black Chicken Herbal Soup. Ordered 3 of their 招牌菜 (famous dish) - Black Chicken Herbal Soup, Mee Sua and the Teochew Style Steam Fish.
Must have: Sweet sweet Coconut Drink!
