Sushi Kikuzawa @ International Building

Went to Sushi Kikuzawa last Friday under Dear's suggestion. I am not a lover of raw food but I had a breakthrough day at International building that day. Almost 75% of the unexpected dish was raw and I had a fun time 'trying' to eat the food! Haha.

The Chef

This is a pretty cool place to be if you are a sushi lover. Their buffet is a must try! It's special. You will not know what you are going to have, the chef just keeps making for you to eat. In other words, you are eating the unexpected, not the usual array at Sushi Teh or Sakea Sushi. The food here is super fresh and the raw fish taste sweet! I would rate this place at least 7/10 which is pretty high, considering that I don't really like to eat raw fish! Do visit this place. It's located at the second floor of International Building (right next to Shaw Tower) and do call to make reservation as they serve a limited crowd every sitting. The number to call is 67383833.

Word of caution: Do take note to inform the chef to stop making once you are reaching limit, as extra food wastage will be charged according to the al-carte price!

Enjoy!!
