Cartel Rant!
Got super pissed on Saturday by the standard of service @ Cafe Cartel, Raffles City Branch. This post only applies to the branch at Raffles City. Avoid that place if possible! Was there at round at 9.40pm and from the time i sat down all the way till order taken is about 20min interval. From the moment we stepped in, we were like invisibles. The staff simply ghost pass us! Talk about G-S-T, Greet-Smile-Thanks. 
According to Kevin (e190), they used to charge service charge. I call see why they decided to take away the SC.
Overall rating: Ungraded. Sometimes it's not only the food that attracts me, good service plays a part too. As for Cafe Cartel, enough said.
P/s: I would like to thank the waitress, the one and only one who was serving us all the way. The rest? Simply chatted and ghosted.
