KimGary @ Tampiness One

Halloween night was spent at Kim Gary @ Tampiness One and crying over My Sister's Keeper. Under the recommendation of Xiu Ying, we went to eat at Kim Gary. They have another outlet at Vivo City. The staff were friendly when you manage to grab hold of them (cause most of them have this amazing ability not to see you when you wave your hands!). Anyway back to the food, it was nice but not awesome. Why do I have this conclusion? It all boils down to the following theory:

"Sometimes the taste of the food can be tampered by the hungry level!"
